16. Special Promotions

CompareKarlo.com may at its sole discretion run certain Special Promotions form time to time under additional specific terms and conditions which shall be published on our website and application. The participation in such promotions is absolutely voluntary. Certain benefits of such promotions including cash back in customers store credit wallet shall have limited validity at the sole discretion of CompareKarlo.com and maximum up to 6 months from the date of transaction. Any dispute regarding the non receipt of promotion benefit must be brought to notice of CompareKarlo.com within 60 days from the date of end of offer / promotion.


Without prejudice to the generality of this section the total liability of CompareKarlo.com to you for all liabilities arising out of such promotions be it in tort or contract is limited to the maximum value of the benefit / discount applicable to the specific promotion. However in case of missing a delivery in transit, Our liability is limited only to delivery at a later agreed time at no additional charge.

All dealing entities on CompareKarlo.com website are informed to comply with the applicable laws including but not limited to Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and the rules made and notifications issued there under and the Exchange Control Manual as may be issued by Reserve Bank of India from time to time, Customs Act, Information and Technology Act, 2000 as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and the rules made thereunder, Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976 and the rules made there under, Income Tax Act, 1961 and the rules made there under, Export Import Policy of government of India) applicable to them respectively and relevant amendment from time to time.
